Did you know that Esteam Fitness now has two locations? Their original location is in Norton Shores in the AMG Building. Now, Esteam has a NEW training facility, located in the lower level of Core Plaza in downtown Muskegon. Both facilities are equipped with modern cardio equipment, TRX, and a variety of strength training equipment, as well as a locker room facility.
Core Services include 1 on 1 fitness training for any level, sport and performance athlete training, rehabilitation programs, nutritional guidance, weight loss and fitness accountability.
