Corina Grevel, CPT

Corina has always had a love for the fitness industry; she grew up as a 3-sport athlete and also earned her degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan. She’s currently pursuing her NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential with plans to specialize in nutrition coaching and corrective exercise.
After a serious elbow injury in 2013 that led to years of physical therapy, Corina developed a deeper appreciation for functional strength, staying consistent, and overall wellness. That experience shaped the way she approaches training today: blending power and balance with an emphasis on building a resilient body that supports life beyond the gym. Also, her background in athletics allows her to confidently coach clients with sport-specific goals, like running or golf. Whatever you’re working toward, she brings intention to every session.
Corina also loves a challenge personally and trains with a mix of strength, HIIT, pilates and yoga, plus running. She competes in numerous races, trail runs, obstacle courses, and half marathons — often alongside her husband. When she’s not training, you’ll find her reading on the beach or baking sourdough.
